Bill Cooper is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Development at Cyclyx. Cooper brings over 25 years of senior executive, investment banking, and consulting experience working with growth companies. He has raised over $6 billion in financing and worked on over $2 billion in merger and acquisition transactions. Before joining Cyclyx, Cooper was CFO and Senior Vice President of Strategy & Development at Agilyx. Prior to that, he headed the Advanced Fuels, Chemicals, and Materials practice at Wedbush Securities as part of its Industrial Growth Technology Group. He also spent considerable time working with waste-to-value and energy-efficiency companies.

Bill has been with Cyclyx since its inception and helped facilitate the tremendous growth of the company and its mission brand, 10to90, over the past three years. He has been instrumental in growing the Cyclyx Consortium to over 45 members across the plastic value chain, including municipalities, suppliers, consumer brands, and beyond. A Harvard graduate, Cooper is widely recognized as a thought leader in the industry, working tirelessly to create a paradigm shift that is unlocking the potential of post-use plastic.
