Transparency and Convenience Trends in Consumer Packaging
The data is in, and shoppers’ demand for transparency and convenience is driving value and change in consumer packaged goods. Innovative packaging solutions are becoming increasingly important brand development tools for retail marketers of packaged food and non-food consumables. Highly transparent, conveniently microwaveable, chemically resistant, and easily recyclable packaging options have emerged to deliver the assurance of freshness, and purity coupled with the simplicity of convenience.
The speaker will share recent commercial examples as well as the most recent primary research results of the company’s “Voice of the Shopper” focus group that delves into shopper behavior and reveals packaging's role in fresh-prepared food programs.
