  • If registering your group at the same time with the same credit card is not reasonable, then each person may register separately and a post-conference audit may result in a refund depending on final count from your company or wholly-owned subsidiary.
Cancellation/Substitution Policy
  • “Early and Regular Registration" may be reassigned at any time.  Alternatively, a refund may be requested before January 18, 2025 with a $100 cancellation fee.
  • "Exhibitor Registration” may be reassigned at any time.  Alternatively, a refund may be requested before January 18, 2025 with a $150 cancellation fee.
  • In the unlikely event the entire Packaging Conference 2024 is cancelled, registrations may be carried forward to TPC 2026 and reassigned to a different attendee, or refunded less a processing fee of $60.  However, The Packaging Conference (MXI Conferences, Inc.) does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.

To obtain a registration fee refund you must notify The Packaging Conference and receive a notice of confirmation.

If you need to pay with a check, download this registration form and send it to the address on the form.  Make checks payable to MXI Conferences, Inc.  Your registration will not be complete until your check is received and you receive confirmation.
